When it snows in winter, East Belgium turns into a real winter sports paradise. Infrastructure is diverse: you will find cross-country ski slopes in Büllingen, Bütgenbach, Waimes, Malmedy, Stavelot and Spa; alpine ski slopes in Ovifat, Francorchamps and Trois-Ponts; and also snowshoe hikes and a snowmobile trail.
